Services are conducted in our Davidson office. Services include:
- Individual tutoring services
- Online tutoring sessions may be available if your child is traveling or has a contagious diagnosis (i.e. pink eye)
- General assessment to aid in setting goals and establishing basic skills
- Consultation to review your child’s IEP to incorporate into tutoring goals
- Support to find other local services, if needed (i.e. speech, occupational therapy, psychoeducational testing, etc.)
How it works:
Because we know our families are busy, we’ve made getting started simple.
1: When you call or stop by our office, we will gather pertinent information. You can either answer these questions on the phone, or we can send them to you electronically.
2: Goals of tutoring will be determined. If necessary, an assessment can be completed to establish your child’s skills in grade specific areas. This assessment can help determine their starting skill level, areas to strengthen, and indicate strategies to incorporate in their support plan.
3: Tutoring sessions will begin! Our tutors will document the skills and assignments addressed in session, as well as periodically establish some progress monitoring data to demonstrate development or show progress.
